Order Cancellation & Modification Policy

At TokyoTrove, we work hard to process and dispatch your orders quickly so you can receive your products at the earliest. Because of this fast processing, once an order has been placed, it cannot be cancelled.

However, we understand that you might sometimes need to make small changes right after placing your order. As a courtesy, we allow order modifications under the following conditions:

  1. Time Limit for Changes

    • You may request a replacement or swap of products in your order within one (1) hour of placing it.

    • The replacement items must be of equal value to the products you are replacing.

  2. How to Submit a Change Request

    • Contact us immediately via email at letsmailtokyotrove@gmail.com or through our website’s contact form.

    • Provide your full nameorder number, and details of the product(s) you wish to replace.

  3. After the One-Hour Window

    • Once this timeframe has passed, or if your order has already moved into the processing/packing stage, no changes can be made.

    • In such cases, our standard Refund & Replacement Policy will apply only if the product meets the listed replacement conditions.
