Shipping Policy

All orders placed on TokyoTrove will be delivered within 3–4 working days.

In case of any delay, customers will be informed through email, call, message, or WhatsApp. Once the order has been dispatched, tracking details will be shared with the customer on their registered mobile number and email ID.

Orders may be cancelled at our discretion, and customers will be notified of the same via WhatsApp, message, call, or email.
