Refund & Replacement Policy
At TokyoTrove, your satisfaction matters most to us. While we do not offer returns or monetary refunds, we are dedicated to making sure you receive your order in perfect condition.
If your product arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, we’ll gladly arrange a replacement.
Replacement orders are typically delivered within 8–10 days once approved.
Conditions for Replacement
To help us serve you quickly and fairly, please follow these guidelines:
Proof of Damage or Incorrect Item
Please provide a clear unboxing video and photographs showing the issue (damage, defect, or wrong item received). This ensures we can verify the problem and process your request efficiently.
Timely Reporting
All replacement requests must be submitted within 48 hours of receiving your order.
Requests made after this time frame unfortunately cannot be processed.
Product Condition
The item must remain unused, in its original packaging, with all tags intact.
How to Request a Replacement
If you meet the above conditions, follow these steps:
Email us at tokyotrove.in@gmail.com with the subject line "Replacement Request".
Include in your email:
Your full name and order number
The unboxing video and photos showing the problem
Proof of purchase (e.g., order confirmation or receipt)
Our team will review your request within 2–3 business days and provide further instructions. If approved, we will guide you through the replacement process.
Important Notes
Requests without the required unboxing video and photographs will not be accepted.
We cannot replace:
Sale items
Customized or personalized products
Gift cards
If an incorrect product was sent, we will replace it promptly after verifying the issue.
